While some positions may require a certain level of Japanese, many of our partner companies are open to candidates who are willing to learn. We also provide an intensive 4-5 month Japanese language training program to prepare you for work and life in Japan.

Our screening process involves an initial review of your resume and qualifications, followed by an assessment of your visa eligibility and suitability for working in Japan. This ensures we match you with the right opportunities and maintain high standards for our partner companies.

The timeline can vary, but typically includes a 4-5 month language training program (if applicable), JFT test preparation, company interviews, COE (Certificate of Eligibility) processing (which can take 1-3 months), and finally, visa application. We guide you through each step.

If you know Japanese, you can apply for free. If you don't know Japanese, we can provide you a Japanese language training program.

The JFT-Basic (Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese) is a test to measure the Japanese language proficiency needed by foreign nationals to communicate in everyday life situations in Japan. Passing this or an equivalent test is often a requirement for many roles.

We provide comprehensive post-arrival support, including free assistance with finding accommodation, opening a bank account, and getting a local SIM card to help you settle in smoothly and focus on your new career.

Yes, absolutely. Once you receive a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from your new employer in Japan, we provide guidance and support throughout your visa application process at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country.
